By placing an order on the Kolibri website, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of use and agree to them. If the customer buys knitwear offered on the Kolibri website, via the Internet, such a mutual contract is considered a distance contract and is subject to the provisions on distance contracts, as well as European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/ EEC on consumer protection in relation to distance contracts, the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights” of the Republic of Latvia and the “Regulations on Distance Contracts” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

Ordering and payment
Once you have selected the items you want to buy and click “Confirm order”, you will need to pay for the order. After the payment of the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can make payments in the online store with a payment card or bank transfer. If you want to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com or by phone +371 28735246. We do not transfer credit card or other payment information to third parties, except for the processing of payment for the ordered goods as stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com to the e-mail address you specified before making the payment in the “User data” section. You will receive the invoice for the order in electronic format in the attachment of the confirmation e-mail. We do not attach a printed invoice to the order. If you still want us to send you an invoice in printed format together with your order, you must immediately notify us by writing us an email to kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com or by calling +371 28735246 after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
Delivery information
We offer you a delivery within Latvia by Omniva. We send parcel packages in 2-3 working days. Individual pieces of knitwear are made to order, those items will be shipped within 14 days. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays of the Republic of Latvia. If the delivery needs to be made especially urgently, please inform us about it by calling +371 28735246 or by writing us an email to kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com. The order will be delivered to the address you specified when registering on the Kolibri website. We try to be fair and send orders on time, but please be understanding if the order is delayed for various reasons. If the delivery is delayed due to any force majeure or circumstances caused by third parties, you will be informed of the delivery delay by receiving an informative e-mail.

Delivery price: 3 € within Latvia
Delivery time: within 1-3 working days after the order is dispatched
Delivery abroad with VAS “Latvijas Pasts”
Delivery price: 12 €
Delivery time: 14 – 30 working days after the order is sent.
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon reciept of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Kolibri is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.
Refund policy
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us about returning the product by e-mail to kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com within 14 working days from the moment of receiving the product. After sending the notification, you must send the product back in exactly the same condition and original packaging as you received it. If the package/product was damaged during shipping, you must report it to us within 2 (two) working days from the moment of receipt by e-mail at kolibri.adijumi@gmail.com. If we do not receive this information within 2 (two) working days, the complaint will not be accepted. Damaged, used, laundered items will not be refunded. The product must be in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of dispatch. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer and the customer assumes full responsibility for the item while it is being returned. Upon receipt of the returned item, we evaluate it to see if it is damaged, torn, worn, washed or otherwise deformed. If the returned item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of dispatch, we will refund the amount for which the item was purchased. We make the money transfer back to your account within 10 (ten) working days from the moment we have received the returned product. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept individual orders back or refund their value.
Applying to email
If you have chosen to receive emails from Kolibri, we will offer you extensive information about sales, new collections, special offers and other news from Kolibri. The e-mail address you provided when registering in the Kolibri online store will only be used by our company to send you the latest information. We respect your right to privacy and will not share your email address with other companies. If you want to opt out of receiving Kolibri news, you can do so in the e-mail we have sent you. At the very bottom of the e-mail, there will be the words “Unsubscribe from news”, by clicking on them, you will have refused to receive further news.
Terms of use changes
Kolibri may periodically change these Terms to include new, unanticipated, and unincorporated Terms of Use. All changes will be published on the website. Dispute resolution
Disputes between the Parties are considered by mutual agreement between the Parties, but if it is not possible to reach an agreement between the Parties, the dispute shall be considered in the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.
